We can lower tariffs so more solar projects can be built more quickly in more places, and we can continue to invest in electricity storage research and developments. Those are two things that come to mind immediately. Very unlikely that we'll continue to burn fuel at current rates when solar power is so affordable and practical all over the planet and beyond.
